Your Specialist (Brian) conducted a inspection of the front and back lawn. Then applied the first application of fertilizer and weed control products. Then he and I walked the lawns, pointed out areas of concern. He answered my concerns and questions and included ways to address those various questions and concerns.

Offer organic fertilizer. Well informed service people. Prices reasonable.
Trugreen let you know exactly the day and time they’re coming. I can pay for the whole season and get a discount. I can track the technician with my smart phone. If there’s a problem they’ll come out and correct it.

Reliable lawn service. Lawn kept looking nice. Helpful written information and advice with each service call. Good availability when phoned about billing -- no long robotic nonsense to wade through.
I did not talk to Marcus but he was busy doing his work. It would be nice if someone in charge would get my account straightened out. I stopped payment on all the checks 2363,2364,2366, because after three weeks of waiting for them to be cashed. I DID SEND\ check #2374 full payment on 4-13-21 in the amount of $268.83 and waiting for that to be cashed. Any more problems I will definitely QUIT TRUE GREEN and not recommend them to another person.

I like how the company inform the customer days before that they will be coming to service your home lawn. I like the professionalism of the person providing the service and I find the prices affordable. I am pleased with the service and highly recommend them.
When I request that I only want a certain amount of times to have my lawn taken care of, you listen. I'm not pressured into more.
Trudy calls and advise wen next treatment is scheduled, the technician knows my lawn and gives tips/advice to resolve any issues and treatments applied have kept my lawn looking good!
