the service is timely, service man comes when scheduled most of the time the produce works. The only thing I notice is that when yard is being sprayed the service man misses areas when walking the yard.
TruGreen does a pretty good job but if not completely satisfied, will provide a free application to rectify problem areas.

They take care of my yard, the last service tech, RIch, spent time explaining the best ways to take care of things once they were done. I do not water the lawn, so it does not look like a golf course. But without TruGreen it would be brutal!

I’m notified in advance of visit. Employees who treat my lawn are always courteous. They always close the gates, important because I have a dog. They leave a statement behind of what treatment was performed. I’ve had trugreen’s service for many years. I like that you can prepay for service for the entire season and are given a small discount.

For the most part, services are pretty good. Even though we get your grub treatment, we always have a problem in the same spot every year. This year we also had more weeds than previous years.

You have billed me for three service dates. I have only received two of those and i have remitted payment for those services. The service in August I never received. Im home when the service man arrives. The last time i saw the young man service my lawn he only sprayed the middle of my property and not along the edges which is where the weeds grow. I normally just manually remove them myself. My neighbors weeds creep into my yard from the north and he never sprays along that fence. He also didnt spray to the back of my property where many weeds grow. I know, i watched him.
I will gladly pay for the next application, but not one i havent witnessed nor received an invoice for.
Can't i have my have my previous professional back? PLEASE!!!!
