I don't have to do it
Very through service
I love the service. I had to cancel because we have a stricter budget this year. If we decide to use lawn services again in the future (we likely will), then we will go with TruGreen.
The people who came to do the lawn were always cool, looked like good guys, worked hard. Always nice to me and my kids if they saw us.
One thing, if someone cancels, when you call to follow up, don't try to telemarket them. When you ask once, accept the answer. I liked the lady who called but she was a salesperson trying to keep a customer and asked too many questions like from a script to keep me on the phone.
Honestly, I feel bad to cancel and don't want to. But we have to this year. Be kind to the customers like me, who don't want to cancel but due to finances, have to. I was close to being so annoyed with them for the telemarketing act. Nice person, though, as always.
Take that advice and when someone cancels, keep it brief.
I look forward to continuing using Trugreen when our money straightens out. We have three kids and lots going on. Thanks again for the good service,

Nothing has been done. How can you possibly make a rating.
My lawn is the one that is weed free and green during the spring.
I don't have to worry about doing it myself or worry about when to do it
Good service. Tech is knowledgeable. We did NOT get a notice that the tech was coming. If we had not looked out the window we would not seen the tech. I wanted to review the service being done with the tech so I had to hurry out and catch him before he left. The tech had to pull the line thru my sidewalk gate instead of the driveway cause the driveway gate was closed and it would been easier for the tech using the driveway.
I want to be notified a few days before the next service, so I hope you do call or text me than.
