I have been very happy with the service,the only area I have been disappointed with is that no one has called prior to the application. This concerns me because I have two dogs and I want to be sure they are indoors when the application is performed. I have made TruGreen aware of this,but still have not received a heads-up.

My yard looks better than other neighboring yards. It has a better color, thickness, and is usually weed free. I feel like the workers are thorough and accurate. I can tell that they listen to me when I say to not spray to close to the garden.

The lawn really looks great after several years of trying to get our landscaper to understand what a really healthy green lawn is supposed to look like.
With that said, there is a section of our lawn that is not being done by the service team. When we first walked the lawn, I had pointed out that the grass to the left of the lawn as you face the house is our property all of the way up to the house next door. Because the services are so good, now 90% of our grass looks awesome and the other 10% looks terrible in comparison. I did call to let them know and the girl said she would put a note on our service records, but this is the second time I have advised. Perhaps you can help get this straightened out?

Our neighbors have a very nice looking lawn. I asked them, what type fertilizer they used, and they informed me, that they hired True Green. I kept getting flyers, and decided, to get a quote from them. Well, based on the price, and amount of times they will be doing my lawn, verses, if I were to fertilize myself...from a cost perspective...it worked for me, trying True Green out. So far so good. Also, a few people that I work with, have True Green as well, and they are VERY happy with them, and have had them for a few years themselves.
Every technician I have experienced has been very helpful and courteous.
