Our specialist Scott Danforth was out today to fertilize. My husband met with him to discuss coverage that would be done today. Scott explained what he was going to do today. My husband wanted to be clear of the coverage and Scott did a very good job.

The lawn service is fine and the people doing the applications are knowledgeable and efficient.
That being said, I am trying to open up an account to manage my account and pay bills. Two times I called support because I didn't register properly. I was issued a password that was too long and complicated so I tried to change it. I couldn't get it changed because I didn't know my old one that I was issued. I tried to call support and after several minutes waiting, I was told that the wait time was over 3 hrs. I called a second time and that wait was 2 hours. I called customer service and was notified that the account was locked. I was given a password to unlock it that doesn't.
My email address is my user name. If you want to txt my a temporary password or email it, that would be fine. If there is a time limit for the password, do not send it until Tuesday 4/6,

Compared to other services, I like the fact that you do not drive a big machine around in my yard because we have water issues and that was always a very constricting thing. Nicholas karpinski is a very good technician and I'm pleased with him and hoping that he will stay our technician

I like having the service man come and apply the weed killer and fertilizer so I don't have to think about it. The past year, it is nice that they have "no contact" because of covid, but when there is an issue with the lawn, I wish the service person would have talked to me about the issues so I could address them. I also do not like your website.
