Our last specialist, Nicholas Karpinski, did an excellent job at our last service. His report was so much more detailed than the last several services and he applied weed control, which we were wondering why it hadn't been being done. He left several attentive details in "What I noticed" and "What I recommend" and also made sure to comment that he closed our backyard gate when treatment was complete. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his thoroughness compared to previous services this summer. Thanks so much Nicholas!

The reason you didn't get a 10 is because your
phone system is horrible. Too long a wait to finally
end up talking to someone in Bangalore who I can't
understand. That's why I don't even bother to call when
I see weeds. I just spray myself.
But I get the feeling that's
what your're hoping will happen.
The true Green service is the best - if you already have a green that is in shape and well maintained . These folks can help you to keep the greens in shape free of problems. But if you got major problems - the True Green services are useless. They can never fix any problems that your green lawn has. Totally useless folks to take care of problems that you may have.
