We have missed one another both times but I am desirous of a conversation to solicit his thoughts/opinions on condition of our yard and what I should do r.e. re-seeding, etc. to improve problem areas.

We have empty lots on either side of our house that are basically weed gardens. TrueGreen keeps the weeds out of our yard better than anything we tried ourselves. They've also done a great job keeping our trees healthy.
