My lawn is looking great this year. Believe the treatments for last two years are now kicking in. Also my technician is doing a good job now that he understand the property boundaries and signs need to be posted. Am very pleased overall.

I've been very happy with the level of friendliness and transparency I've received from the TruGreen techs. I want to send a special comment to leadership on the tech who did my first application of TruShield Lawn Pest Control. Her name is Amanda. She knocked over one of our solar lights by the patio with her hose while performing her work. She could have easily set it back in the ground and left, or left a note on the invoice on the door. That young lady made it a point to talk to me. I couldn't hear her knock on the door due the location of my home office in the house. So she made the extra effort to call me to explain the situation and apologize. No apology was needed as there is not any real damage. I thanked her for her honesty and assured her it was no big deal. She showed great courage and integrity in the way she handled this situation. I hope you will pass on my thanks for her hard work and her strength of character. That is a testimony to your entire team.

I got notified before they come here and then they tell me when they are done and so far they have done a good job.

My yard filling in nicely, very lush, and green. There is a little clover still in it, but seems to be dying. The service has been great from top to bottom. the only negative thing is that I have to mow at least twice a week, but looks great when done. Can't wait until next year to see how much better it looks, the change this year is fantastic.

The service is ok as far as anyone can tell the next day. What I don't like is more important.
1. I started to make a payment but it LOOKS like I'm in an EASY PAYMENT plan - which I never intentionally agreed to.
2. The services appear to be exactly the same as last time which surprises me because I thought crabgrass prevention was just the first application. Are the document comments just copied and pasted from the previous service? Also greening up is an understatement.
3. I don't need a MOLE PREVENTION application this year.
4. Next service should be no sooner than 7/14.

Today Jacob did my service. Last year, might have been in the fall of 2018 I spoke to Jacob about some problem grass I had in my yard. Jacob identified the grass problem on the spot and began treating the problem and explained it would take some time to cure the problem, in the fall of 2019 I noticed the area had died so I removed it. It was at that time he explained to me that a fall aeration and re seeding would help So today I went out to speak with Jacob ( keeping our distance) about that area in my yard as that problem area has for the most part has been removed and now is blending in nicely. Jacobs said he will keep an eye on it
One more thing I would like to say about Jacob Millwood ok two more. He seems to be very detail orientated as he is the only Tech that read and preformed the
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS as requested and takes his job seriously, you have a nice young man representing TruGreen.

The lawn always looks great! We are always notified when they come to spray..That way our maintenance crew do not come the same day,

Young man that treated my yard took extra care to treat some areas that had clover and other weeds, did a great job.
