I finally got a service tech to service my lawn today & that's because a lady by the name of Doreen in the Home office finally made it happen after two & a half weeks that I called & talked to people on the phone with no results. The service technician's name was Michael Stone who's last visit here was 11/2/2017 & was I glad to see him. He is one of the best service tech's that comes out of the Quad Cities & he definitely knows what he is doing & I was really pleased with his treatment to my lawn today as it was really turning for the worse. Mr. Stone told me that if it didn't show improvement in a couple of weeks to call the home office & let them know of the problems & it would be given attention right away. Than' for the great job done today & thank you Doreen for making it happen.
