You had a discount for me right up front, that got my attention and kept you in the running when I was shopping around. Hat's off to the Merrillville, IN. office (#5743) for taking the initiative to call and announce that offer. Then you did exactly what you said you would do.
1. I was notified 24 hrs in advance before my first treatment
2. My first treatment was conducted by William Dotson #5036, and by all accounts it appears to have been thoroughly conducted.
We're off to a good start.
After (8) yrs I fired the other guy because they ignored the presence of weeds and start of die-off which of course resulted into soil erosion.
Let's not repeat that.
