Great communication on when and what services are going to be provided. The rep that called us to offer us additional services really presented it all in a non-evasive way like most sales people usually do and you end up feeling hounded or pushed. The lawn has been looking well and apparently the treatments are doing their job.
The mosquito defense works very well. Unfortunately the day after the application we had approximately 4 days of rain and about 10 days after the application we had a large amount of mosquitoes. I called and was very happy they came back and re-applied the mosquito defense at no charge and we can sit outside again mosquito free!!
I like the TruGreen app and the follow up appointment notes.

Very pleased with how well the mosquito defense works. Living in a wooded area, the deck and patio are almost unusable in the summer unless you slather yourself up with mosquito repellant. Since we started using mosquito defense, I have only been bitten once and that is because our next service is due in 3 days. No need for lots of DEET anymore.
The work done for our property is always done in a timely manner and done right! We have never had an issues and the customer service is amazing!

Timothy Nerius did a very good and thorough job spraying our front and back lawn on June 11, 2018. I have had other TruGreen Service people sort of rush through the spraying process of just scattering the spray here and there but Timothy really did a good job. making sure he covered the lawn completely. He did not know I was home which makes it even better. I did eventually talk to him about a spot I needed sprayed in the back yard. Doing a thorough job makes the possibility of having to call back for a re-treatment or missed areas less likely.

It was great service with the yard and the customer service rep was very informative and courteous on the phone last week.
I like that I always receive a call about 24-48 hours before service is done.
They call to tell you that they are coming, then when they come and do there job they leave a not on my front door to tell me what they did to my yard.
The lawn service is great!! Not so sure about the tree services after only one application.
I like that they have to ring my doorbell to let me know they are there as I have two Dobermans that are very serious about their property and they could be out at any time. Also, along that same line, they must be sure to close the two gates that I unlock for them as both of my Dobermans are runners and people are just not going to try to catch them.
Also, my lawn looks great and weed free! As I have had cervical surgery, it is impossible for me to try to pull weeds out.
Granted, I get at least 4 or 5 advertisements for lawn service and I just put them straight into the recycling as TruGreen has proven themselves to be the best! Anyone who asks how I keep my lawn looking so great and weed free, I simply tell them to contact you and no one else. (I have always found that a personal referral is the best way to find the right company for any given service!)
