I think your services are okay, where I live lately I've been getting a different person every time before that I had one specific person that would come out I thought that was a nicer cuz he would talk to me went to different person every time they really don't know what to spray or what to do so I have to kind of tell him. I have used TruGreen at this property since 1988 and at my previous property from 1980 until 1988. I have been very pleased with the lawn service I am receiving.

I have one issue...on EVERY receipt the technician states they rang my doorbell to discuss the service and no one was home and state they were sorry to miss me. My husband ane I are both RETIRED and are at home most of the time. Most time when this notation is made on the receipt I have been home and NO ONE rang my doorbell. They should not put that notation on the receipt when they have not actually tried ringing the doorbell.

Don Ujek is great with his service

Don Ujek is our tech and I want to rate him with a score of 10. He is from branch #5742. Our customer # isPhone number removed021. Don is very friendly and does his job extremely well. I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and he is very mindful to our needs. We can't weed any longer and he will make sure he will spray in all areas in our yard. He takes his work to another level and is by far the best tech we have ever had from any other lawn services that we have used. Thank you Don for your excellent job.
