Great product and customer service

The wonderful gent who takes care of our lawn (Christopher) has done an exemplary job. He stops at the front door before he begins the service to ask if there are any problems he may be able to take care of. He also stops at the end to advise of any problems he came across performing the maintenance. He is always free with advice and we trust him!

The customer service he performs is not found to often any longer.. Please consider him for an award.......perhaps a pay raise. I would consider him a valued employee,

Usually notify by phone (Trudy) for the date they expect to come. If there is a problem with an area they will treat that space without hesitation. Always leaves a detailed what was treated and with what. Advised of areas to watch that may need to be treated in the future. Very friendly.

Technicians at both properties are always profession and willing to talk about specific issues I have with my lawn. Both lawns are the envy of the neighborhood and I can say with confidence that it is nothing I do, it is all TruGreen
