Yesterday, 5/7/2024, I was home when the TruGreen truck arrived. I met Don Vjek, the technician. He listened to my concerns and took the time to walk the property with me. He addressed all my questions and explained what he would do about the concerns. When he finished, he told me exactly what he did (he even hand sprayed the edges of my gardens where weeds had made a heavy appearance). He also reminded me to call if I didn't see improvement and he would come out again before the next scheduled treatment!
Don was extremely professional and made me feel like he "heard" my concerns. Kudos to Don! Sure wish there were a way to give him a 20 on the scale of 10 for being satisfied!
