I've used your service or many years. My one issue stems from my Tree & Shrub service. I had 2 service dates about 2 weeks apart... each one cost a different amount. Not sure what was different about the two. To be honest I have one parkway tree which I don't think you treat and one set of evergreen shrubs by the front door....nothing in my backyard. We lost our crab tree a number of years ago and our large tree in our front yard almost 3 years ago. I had to beg someone to come out and walk the property to verify these things so that the price would go down... which it did a bit. So if I'm right you come and spray one set of bushes and charge me over 50 bucks to do that. I'm not sure if this is going to keep going like this.

Service is timely. Providers come whether we are home or not. And, we get so many neighbors who stop to tell us how great our yard looks!

I like that you inform me when you are going to perform the service. I like that you will redo a service if it did not work. I like most of the results. You are getting very expensive. This year my pre-pay was over a thousand dollars for this year.
