He cares about how he does his job for people. He is also very polite and courteous. This is one employee you need to do everything to hold on to because he always wants to do the best for his customers.

I was very pleased with our Specialist Michael Esposito - 50828 who took great care to provide a wonderful experience and application to our lawn. While he was quick & efficient, he was thorough and detailed in his handling of our lawn. Erica is very responsive to questions or concerns that we have regarding service or billing inquiries. She also provides me with a pre-arrival email so we always know who will be on site when and what service they are providing.

Contactless- quick, professionalism

MY grass is fairly free of weeds. Crabgrass and dandelions are the hardest to control but you do a good job. Since my neighbors lawn is almost all weeds.

It is helpful and much easier for me.
Although the last application of the season, last october, I should have said it right away.
The technician must have spilled, right by the edge of my lawn and the road. I was left with a brown spot, that I hoped may have gotten better, Now that everything is getting green and growing, I am left with a really ugly brown spot there now.

Jeffrey Jackson was here for our first application on 4-9-2024. He was aware of the spots of concern of chickweed that I had phoned in last week. He did what appeared to be a very thorough job of applying spray to the trouble spots that I had marked.

He is a very courteous young man and an asset to TruGreen.
