I referred my neighbor, at 222 Erath Drive, to your service. I assured my neighbor that it would be well worth it to enroll in your service. I believe he has found out I was correct.
The purpose of my message, today, is one that has been long overdue only because I had not yet registered to use on-line access. So...I am finally registered and I want to compliment the service I have received since I began with TruGree and especially the service I received on May 4, 2023 when I spoke with two of your service members. I know I wrote both names down but have since lost track of where I set that scrap note.
On the Customer Service Information page on-line, today, I see the name Emmanuel Scott.
I remember writing his name after speaking with him and while speaking I remember observing his kindness and lawn care knowledge. I had called on the phone, before that day, to request a notation be placed on my account indicating that ALWAYS the west side of my west fence must be treated as part of my property. (It had not been treated this year and perhaps not even last year. It was treated for prior services to the best of my awareness. The weeds were so plentiful it became an eyesore.)
When Emmanuel arrived he noticed fresh seed I had placed near my front door just an hour before his arrival. I happened to be home and noticed he was observing the fresh seed when I saw him. I went outside and Emmanuel informed me that he had an order for reapplication of product and he could not apply product where fresh seeding was done. I told him that the reapplication order was a mistake. The only purpose for my call to the office was to INFORM about needing the west side of the fence done every time service is provided at 236 Erath Drive.
The purpose of my missive is to compliment Emmanuel Scott and as soon as I locate the name of the other individual I will send an additional message to compliment his kindness, also. Those two professional TruGreen employees understood my needs and indicated they would be sure my account reflected what is needed to service my property. They shared a conversation with me that made my day. Congratulations on work and customer service WELL DONE!
I have made special requests to Tru Green (don’t do pool area), and they follow it to a tee! I am notified of up coming applications. Drivers are always timely, and leave a report on what has been applied.
