My first application of the season did the job so far and I'm happy. You came out the day before it rained, sprayed my property and the lawn turned a bright green over the course of the next few days. More importantly, not one dandelion has opened up since the treatment, even though my next door neighbor has more of these awful dandelions than green grass for a lawn. Way to go!

TruGreen is very willing to change times and days if you have another service coming, such as mowing or a family party. I appreciate the fact that they’re flexible. So far this Spring, everything looks good.
Brian Nestor was at my house today. We had a very pleasant discussion about my lawn and he explained about a nuisance weed in my back yard and told me that it would be taken care of with the warmer weather coming and his treatment. I appreciate my nice green lawn during the spring and summer and only wish my adjoining neighbors would treat theirs too.

Matthew Confer, emp. #86552 was very helpful in explaining what our services should be for the season, and giving the info to call and get corrected things done last season, to ensure that we do not have more treatments than we were supposed to and then have to pay for it! Not pleased about that, but Matthew was great!
Also, why don't you have the same guy doing our yards, when he is here doing others? yesterday, Matt was here doing at least 2 services right up the street and then had to come back today to do ours -- but it may not be him next time? if we had the same guy doing our yard over and over, he would become familiar with what our yard and the yards in our area for that matter need, in order to have a beautiful WEED FREE yard! LAST SEASON, YOU GUYS KEPT COMING AND SPRAYING, BUT NEVER GOT RID OF THE WEEDS! We won't be continuing service with you guys after this year if you cannot get rid of the weeds. instead, you come and spray and constantly try to get us to sign up for other services when ya can't even take care of the weeds! please fix it this year...you guys USED to do a great job, years ago. thanks, tiffani Last name removed

Brian Nestor was very efficient and informative.
I have had trouble working with trugreen phone system and have a very tough time in the beginning (two years). At corporate, Eric Purifoy was wonderful. My local trugreen workers, Eric Strunk and First name removed Rice have been very supportive and have been working with me on problems with my aeration last year. Eric said they will be checking this spring and will continue to make it right if the results are not what was promised.
The local crew is terrific, but the scheduling on the national level is terrible!!! Our local people are scheduled by people in another state many time mess up weather forecasts as well as scheduling neighbors for the same service in different weeks. Very frustrating for me and the local workers who have no control over scheduling. This should be changed to allow local people to have more or all the say in when the can do regular service work.
