They listened to my lawn concerns, and put forth a plan to address them. Also that every time they come, I receive a detailed report on what they did and what products they used. The Rep who came yesterday, Rashidi Nightingale was prompt, courteous, listened closely to me when I pointed out areas of concern, and promptly addressed them. Before he left, he once again asked if he had taken care of all lawn issues I had! I appreciated that!

I didn't get a chance to meet the specialist Jonathan Green #146182 because I was not home.
He not only did a good work but also he wrote a very professional service ticket to show me What he did and what to expect, What he noticed and what he recommend.
I am your customer since 2011. I haven't seen this kind of the service ticket for a long time.
I was very satisfied with his service. I would like to have him to do all my lawn services!
