They are very prompt, courteous and thorough with the maintenance of my property. If I ever have a question they take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. We had an issue with weeds last season even after they applied the appropriate chemicals, so I called and within a couple of days they had a technician come to my property and reapply the chemicals at no additional cost to me. They truly stand behind there work and that's why I am a customer for life.

The new year has just started and our Specialist, Kris Bogach, has already given us several tips to make our lawn look it’s best this year. He let us know the best time for spring cleanup, when to seed this year and gave us the name of a hardy grass for a hard-to-grow area.

I'm a first time customer with TruGreen. At the beginning I was having a difficult time with the crab grass, nutsedge and other weeds in my lawn. They seem to spread like wildfire. I also felt the first couple of applications by the TruGreen tech went by too quickly. I felt not enough application was used on my lawn & the time it took was way to short. After speaking to a Manager and several re-applications my "faith" was restored. It also helped that the Techs now took the time to explain to me their process & also why I may not have seen the results I was greatly looking for. Apparently, it requires another year of additional service to start seeing True results. In the meantime they did kill my weeds & I did start to see some results of a greener & healthier lawn.
I gave the rating a 9 because the service doesn't make the scheduling dates flexible so I could be there. I know it's not required for me to be present (which comes in handy for us that are at work), but there are times I'd like to be there to discuss the care of my lawn w/the tech and it's a computer that sets up the service dates. Overall I'm satisfied with the service and looking forward to seeing a greener, thicker & healthier lawn next spring of 2020.

Timely notification. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Lawn has shown a major improvement from the last so-called lawn service we employed.

I can no longer physically manage the lawn.
I do have a concern, however. The aeration and seeding was done mid August. It occurred to me that this was a month too early for seeding, and indeed, the only place the seed germinated was a fence that provides shade throughout the day along the property line. I feel my money was wasted in this case.

The weed control was not what I'd hoped for, but it may be that my lawn had gotten too far out of control to expect great results the first season.

Otherwise, I'm happy with the shrub and tree treatments and the fertilization. I'm willing to give TruGreen another year to help my lawn recover.
