Trugreen tree and lawn have done a very good job on my lawn, trees and shrubbery over the last couple seasons. I'm satisfied and will continue to use them.
Your service technician Jared performed Insect & Disease Treatment this afternoon. He noticed some 'brown spots', small dead areas on my arborvitae bushes, due to spider mites. Told me that his treatment today should stop,control this situation .. but to notify Trugreen if more brown areas show up. Wow, what a superb, thoughtful, professional and decent technician and individual your Jared is, quite the valuable asset for you. Am super impressed by your Jared. The excellent job that ALL the TRU-green people do. Joshua is great. Today, 8/8/2023, Brittany Brown and a man with her (I don't recall his name) aerated and over seeded my lawn with the expertise I am used to from the Tru-green specialists.
However, it was the talk prior to the work that was exceptional. They played with my dog Pepper (a Boston Terrier) which she loved. The man noted that he had a dog of the same breed. Pepper probably would have played with them all day. Pepper wants to say thank you for their friendliness.
