I originally signed on with "Lawn Dawg" but surprised when I learned that Trugreen had purchased the franchise. I was surprised that the contract was adhered to especially. The last item on my contract was "aeration and deep seeding" I will not be able to see results till the spring but the technician was very helpful. He advised me what to do for the large bare spot on my lawn. Hopefully it was show up in the spring.
My lawn looks great and healthy. We are able to enjoy it more without the ticks.

You serviced my property (32 James Dr. earlier this month. I have not received a bill from you yet. My customer service information says that I will be getting a bill in 5-7 days. Where do I send my payment??

The manner in which you keep all scheduled appointments. Whenever I receive a phone message telling of a service, whether it be lawn, shrubs, or mosquito defense, I can rest assured that a technician will be here within a day. This is great!

I like the feedback I receive after each service. I also like the periodic updates sent out about relevant issues/problems, and how they are being addressed and/or how best to handle the problem. I like the email notification for service, which enables me to adjust other services (mowing/sprinkler) if I need to do so.
William is the tree and shrub specialist who serviced us for the first time on thursday.We were very impressed with his knowledge of plants and shrubs and with his willingness to spend time with us to answer our questions and concerns.
