services are good, however you say your technicians are trained to know what lawns need to be beautiful and healthy. Each year I have an infestation of white flowering weeds. I assumed your techs would know what my lawn needed to eliminate those flowering weeds yet they don't apply what the lawn needs to get rid of those weeds. How about sending someone who knows what it takes to get rid of flowering weeds instead of someone that just applies what he's told to apply.
You notify me a day or more before you come and you let me know what was applied.
