Well I really was not happy with your service, my lawn was the worst on the block. I was told I could meet the fellow that was going to seed & aerate at 9am. He came at 7am. He texted me and said the application was completed & said I could speak to him if necessary. I called and the person who answered told me that was not possible. Well I asked to speak to a manager, got through & Keith called me back & returned to the property and we went over my issues. He explained a few things to me and answered all my questions. He was terrific, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. I hope Tru Green realizes the value of an employee like Keith. A true team player. I made several phone calls & finally connected with Anna in Yaphank who made all this happen. Another terrific service person.
