I like the way my lawn looks, however, I have asked repeatedly for a phone call the day prior to treatment as I have cats and do not want them on the screened porch when the lawn is serviced.
Lawn stays healthy, relatively weed free, green. Also responsiveness to calls.
Lawn service was fine. I called in to get a copy of service report emailed to me because the day was very windy when tech left the work copy on my door and it was gone. But no report was ever received.
