The service provided by TruGreen is good. They arrive promptly and complete the work on schedule.
I have been a customer for 13+ years now and I am satisfied with the service, but the price-point keeps on increasing and no discounts are offered for loyalty. A tiny annual payment discount is offered which in my book is inadequate. If the increase in price continues I might have to make changes soon.
All in all, I am satisfied.
Trugreen is very responsive. If I see an issue, when I call, they are always ready to address it. I have the disease and insect package for my trees and shrubs, and they have earned every bit!

The flexibility and customizations to meet the customer requests. The assessment of lawn and the appropriate treatment keeps my lawn healthy for over a decade. While they promise unlimited weed control calls I do not recall having to call them for weed treatment in over many years.

Although I rated a 10 that is for the overall service of the company. However, on the other hand the agent that provided the fertilizer yesterday continues to zip through the property failing to properly apply the fertilizer. I complained about this previously and was informed that the spreader that is used sends the fertilizer far enough to cover the area. Two runs down the center of the lawn does not property apply the fertilizer.
The manager that provides the fungus application always does a great job. He doesn't skimp on providing full coverage. He also always advises what he's doing and provides answers to any questions.
