Technician noticed new tree dying and gave us recommendations on what to do to include contacting nursery within warranty period to get tree replaced.
I need to see results before I can answer this. I only signed on at the end of the summer last year and am waiting to see what the spring and summer look like. So far, my lawn has some patchy holes in it and the other day I saw weeds. So I'm not sure if your service is great or not I know you showed up and that's half the battle.
