What do you like about our services?

My think my technician is great, wish I had 10 of him working for me. Antonio Lopez takes as much pride in my lawn as I do, he is always interested in discussing ways I can improve the look of my lawn and talks to me about issues with my lawn.

I recently had a pick-nick and the joke going around was that my lawn was nicer than most golf courses my guests play on.

I know Antonio is the main reason, he monitors my lawn and makes corrections when needed.

This was a follow up visit because first visit was not correct. On this visit Antonio Lopez was very nice to my wife. He explained that he was going to treat foundation/doors and windows and wanted to make sure she was happy with his service. He was very concerned about doing a good job.

When I came home I realized that although he did liquid treatment to the house I do not think he actually applied a granular barrier around the foundation. I do not think he realized that was part of the routine service we always received from Scotts. I spoke with Lenny (supervisor) a couple times about this and he did explain this was a new service for you guys. I really appreciate his effort explaining the new service and getting someone out to treat our house again quickly. I would have easily given a 10 if he didn't miss putting down the granules. Thanks Antonio and Lenny for the effort.

Jahaad Culver took the time to explain the service that he was providing, he also helped with my problem of brown spots, he explained that I was over watering and helped by suggesting a proper schedule.
