Very careful and proffesional

for the lawn service on 8/3/23, the specialist, Cordel Thompson, came to the front door and said he would like clarification on the notes/instructions on his device. The notes were referring to what areas of our property are NOT to treated with weed killer.

In the past many a shrub, flowers and tree line natural vegetation was killed off with the over spraying of herbicide.

I believe Cordel was the specialist on a prior service call and did a good job. I was impressed that he took the time to speak to the homeowner and reconfirm the treatment protocol for our lawn.

I would like to request that Mr. Thompson be the specialist for the for the following service calls.

My technician is courteous friendly and he provides me with helpful hints on maintaining my lawn in between applications. If I have a problem with ground weeds he comes back and reapplies the pesticide to take care of the problem all of my neighbors compliment me on how my lawn looks and I tell them to use Trugreen and there lawn will look just as good. My technician should be commended for the time and effort he puts into my lawn.

On August 1 2023 Duquan Mohammed came to service my lawn. I liove how he took his time and made sure imy whole lawn was taken care of like it was his own. He was very professional and courteous he rang the bell before he started and after he finished he didn't just run through my yard real fast and leave like it was a robbery. I would like to thank Duquan for his excellent service.

I have had several phone calls from customer service about my account being overdue and today when ELIJAH called I logged into my account and he walked me through getting my credit card that was on file to be shown on the True Green system. ELIJHA stated that my account was up to date now. He walked me trough getting my credit card account up to date.

You agent applying the treatments has been very friendly and informative. He explains what he will be applying, makes recommendations on issues related to the lawn and flowerbeds and trees. I believe that he is very well informed and explains what is being done and recommendations.

We like their service very much but we have our VISA card #9122 0n file however I keep getting calls from your staff saying that I am over due. SONDA from TRUEGREEN just called me and told me that was overdrawn by $60.62
