Great service and great customer service

My lawn is doing well under TrueGreen care. I still have little bare spots on both front and back lawns. Some types of grass seem to like the TrueGreen formulation than other types. However, I will be satisfied if the grass that responds well spreads to cover the entire space.

I have pest control for several years with Trugreen.
At first two years, the service was not I expected. I want to cancel it from Trugreen and looking for a different vendor. But when I renewed my services, the staff convinced me to give them one more try otherwise I can cancel it next year.

After I complained about it, the service gets better. When the service started this year, I had spoken to Brian Tate about my experience with Trugreen, he assured me that he will do a better job. He is correct, I don't see ants and other bugs come in to the house. I am pleased with this year's service. Thanks to Brian and Trugreen.

This year was just okay. I still have weeds that I have complained about. They are still thriving. I have sprinklers so the lawn looks decent. No crabgrass

I am notified before during and after they come and I have not had one mosquito bite all summer. I have noticed a positive difference since they have been treating my home exterior.

The service tech, Charles Coleman, was awesome.
He did a thorough treatment on the property and utilized the equipment necessary to do an excellent job. Some of your previous personnel just did a quick pass thru with a back pack blower. Hardly enough time and effort to do the property effectively.
We were thinking about canceling your service however, with the recent effort put forth by this tech, we will continue with the service if this effort is indicative of future service calls.

We have been using TrueGreen service over the past more than 10 years . Because the sale of house ,we need to terminate the contract. But we will recommend to the next owner of our beautiful house which maintained by TruGreen. Jeannie and Joseph

I love not having to worry about what I need to do next to keep my lawn looking good. You do that for me. Service is very good.

Luckily there has been a good amount of rain this year but the grass looks good.

Very courteous professional who listened to my lawn problem and helped.

I’m happy with the product and results. Personnel are professional and responsive across the board. After quite a few years of service, this year, was the only time I was disappointed with my service. Due to certain physical limitations, I am not able to maintain my lawn. I contracted a lawn service for that task. Having had TruGreen fertilizing and seedling prior to this, I maintained these services. Last year, I was able to coordinate between the two companies. This year, due to the short turn around time between notification and application, the seed was placed only to be removed when the lawn service mowed the lawn. I will need to reseed in the fall.
