My service from Trugreen is really dependent on the lawn specialist I have, Ed Cruz - 7084. Ed knows my lawn and adjusts his applications according to the lawn condition and weather, as it should be done. Some time back, Trugreen sent another associate out who was basically like a zombie. For that matter you could have sent a drone. As long as Ed Cruz attends to my lawn I will keep using Trugreen,

Have uses TruGreen since the fall of 2016. Lawn looks great. I had a quality problem last fall, where my lawn was burned in several spots by technician out of South Plainfield. This spring, I am being serviced by Randolph, and so far, no quality issues.

My landscaper has commented that my lawn is being over fertilized and is growing far too quickly. (Nice problem to have). I have observed that the Ground Ivy issue is not bad in the middle of the lawn, but still a major problem on the edges. Therefore, I would like to request a change in service. I would like to skip fertilizer and focus on the ground ivy issue on all the edges.
