This time we had a wonderful specialist Gene Brown!!We actually talked to her and she was very helpful. I truly believe when the other person supposedly was here, there was no Customer service information sheet left for us and there were no flags left previously. This is why I truly believe no one was here for the previous scheduled and billed service. WE ALWAYS RECEIVED A CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION SHEET AND ALWAYS WAS LEFT FLAGS AS WAS DONE THIS LAST TIME BUT NOT PREVIOUSLY. This last specialist 7089-Gene Brown was terrific!!!! Please make sure she is recognized for a job well done and PLEASE ONLY SEND HER FOR ALL NEXT SERVICES!! WE REALLY ONLY WANT HER.

The service men are always polite and efficient. I like the notifications when you are coming and when the work is done as I am not always home.

Service seems to be keeping the lawn green and healthy looking with very few weds. there is one area of the front yard along the front walkway that is struggling and I do know why. this is the 2nd season that I have had someone scrape out the old dead grass, re-seen,, fertilize, and lime it. But this section does not seem to be a robust as the major part of the lawn.

The specialist treated my lawn today at 335 Klimas RD, Branchville, NJ 07826. truck ID# 120109, specialist Acheson Phillips.
He did a great job treating the lawn in front of and behind my house, however he never treated the mowed areas on the other side of the rock wall.
This always seems to happen once a new specialist treats my lawn.
Please have them come back and do that area also.
