Timeliness of service
This was my first meeting today with Jeffrey Dupre. I was immediately impressed with his direct and professional attitude. I watched as he did the service, and I saw that he was careful, thorough, and complete in his application. I am hoping that Jeffrey will be our technician for the remainder of our applications. I was very pleased with his work.
Likes: Advance phone calls advising of upcoming appointments. Technicians show up on scheduled days. Technicians make attempts to speak with the homeowner if they’re available. Technicians are friendly and courteous. Good job Tru Green!

The quality of your weed prevention and fertilization products is superior. For example, this spring I did not have one single dandelion, but down by the street mailbox which isn't on my property there were tons of dandelions. No ugly crabgrass, just healthy green grass, which when cut looks like green carpeting! I caught the neighbor's professional landscaper looking over and he commented how good it looked- a landscaper! Ha!
All of your employees are extremely well trained and very good at what they do. Customer service employees are super polite and friendly. Technicians are also courteous, will answer any questions, very concerned about the lawns condition with recommendations, observations.
Compared to the cost of buying a spreader and bags and bags of chemicals and actually doing the labor, Trugreen is a bargain. They're here, spread the product and they're gone, and the results are beautiful. Very satisfied with Trugreen!

I don't understand WHY True Green does NOT follow territorial assignment for maxing their profitability & Customer Satisfaction?
Instead, True Green chooses to send a NEW Service person each week that does NOT make sense!
