I 'briefly' became disillusioned with the services re: my trees and shrubs, but was assured by the General Manager, Jack Bailey, & a competent technician, Andrew Pearce, that they would do their best to render services that would eliminate the bug infestation that had recently occurred on my variegated enormous.
Jack Bailey, visited with me in person, listened to my concerns, and began a treatment program, with the help of technician, Andrew Pearce. I feel these recommendations will initiate the beginning of new growth and less - way less pests, that will have my beautiful shrubbery restored by Spring 2018.
Thank you, TruGreen & the men mentioned above. They are the epitome of what TruGreen advertises itself to be;)
a telephone call reminder
I like that you call in advance and tell me you will be out. I needed and possible I try to get the grass cut before the day of your scheduled appt.
I like most everything but occasionally have to call about the lawn tech treating my back yard when it clearly states (or should!) on my account that I have dogs and First name removed't want my fenced back yard treated.
Technicians are easy to talk too if you get lucky enough to be home when they service the yard. I had the tree and shrub service as well and had to call back because they missed a few bushes away from the house. Responded quickly.
Always friendly & courteous! My lawn always looks nice, & I've had people ask me who I use for my lawn service.

Dominique Sherrod is doing a very good job taking care of my lawn this is my first year trying TruGreen and so far i am pleasantly surprised and can see that my grass is growing . I would definitely recommend TRUGREEN to anyone with lawn care issues.

usually everything is perfect. however the over- seeding was poor. the seed was applied in piles and was not distributed evenly across the lawn. I spread the seed using a rake but given the cost I think the service was poor. this is the first time in over 17 years I have been unhappy with service
I like the fact that the general manager, Jack Baily, came to my home & witnessed what I had been questioning about my hedge row, since the summer months of 2017. He recognized the problems re: my variegated euonymous & set up a program w/ another conscientious employee of Trugreen, Andrew Pearce.
I am now hopeful, with Jack Baily & Andrew Pearce's knowledgeable techniques that my hedgerow will come back to full bloom next spring.
