they always inform us when they come and leave the results clearly understandable. I am not crazy about having to log in with an app every time I want to see something- it's a pain to log in and remember a password just to see how close they are to coming to perform services. But we have no mosquitos on our property. They did inform us to call if there is ever issue with our yard, which we appreciate.
