I love the yard service I just wish your billings would also include payments made. I want to keep my service charges low as possible without the LARGE payment. If I must, I may have to discontinue receiving your great service. If you will note I have never missed a payment of less than $16/ month.
When I get the bill it is not a shock, it is frustrating not knowing how much my payments were credited to my BILL.

The fact that you follow up should there be a concern about the service. The emphasis on customer service is very important.
Though I give you a 10 for customer service in setting me up, the first treatment on 7/27 has not worked in killing the weed. I was told to give it 21 days and the weeds are sprouting little flowers. I tried calling, too busy to reply sent an email and was told you do not have the staff to reply right away.

When the services are properly administered the lawn stay nice, healthy and green all year. Whenever I have an issue with service, it is always resolved.
