We had our first service yesterday and I want to commend Frank Kavanagh for doing a great job. Last year we had some other Trugreen service people who didn't apply the materials to several areas of our yard -- ( many different times this happened ) and our yard is easy to distinguish from others ( stones at the corners of the property, greener grass than adjoining neighbors, etc ). I went out to ask them please to do the whole property before they left when I saw that happening. I could not tell if it was done or not after I went back into the house as I could not see all areas ( such as the large area behind the shed in the back yard) but the grass color later showed the results l. . Today, I went out when I saw Frank arrive and requested doing the whole property.. I briefly mentioned what happened in the past and he told me he would be following the very easy "markers " we had and spelled out in detail what he was covering before I needed to go any further. He had a big smile on his face and was very respectful and friendly and polite so I knew he would do a complete great job. And that he did. That started a good day for me.
