Over all services were good. There was some billing issues which were resolved. Their pricing is a bit higher than other lawn service companies.
You regularly do what you contracted to do. I appreciate the consistent good service. But I am paying a goodly amount of money for the transaction. I am satisfied it is a fair exchange and I trust I am dealing with honest people. I like the friendly and polite technicians who quietly go about their work professionally.
I do not like the constant appeals for feedback. You are doing a good job, and I am sure that excellence will continue. If I have a complaint, in the past Trugreen was quick to fix it. I have been a Trugreen user for years now. Please be satisfied with that.
