Timeliness and resposiveness
Overall I've been pleased with the TruGreen service and results. However, the aerification and reseeding this year was far from satisfactory. Both plugging and overseeding were far below par. I will try one more year, but if doesn't improve, it will be my last year.
The service has been done professionally and the yard looks nice.
They do a great job taking care of the lawn and come back if we are not satisfied.
