The actual service, Customer service is improving but still not very good. the people are great but your communication channels are terrible.
Your staff are caring service people and try hard to do a good job.
Last fall your technician accidentally spilled excessive fertilizer which left two burned out areas. One has pretty much grown in while the other has not and appears to be dead. Your local manager came by last fall, verified the burned areas and we received a refund. He also said if the areas did not return to normal to call and he would come out and have the area re-seeded.

Hadiyah was very conscientious, thorough and professional on servicing our trees. She also seemed very knowledgeable and personable when responding to a question I had regarding the service. However, she was unaware of the boundary of our lot which included many coniferous trees, but I do not fault her for that because I think that would be a management issue. I did call customer service and she responded by saying that she would notify the supervisor so everyone involved would be made aware of this in the future.
Very pleased.
However do NOT do the shrubs and trees this year. We cut them down. Thanks

Until this year the service was very predictable and I always get a call the day before they come to service my property. This year I know has been different due to either lack of manpower or other problems due to Covid and the service has not been as good as usual. I do feel this will improve again whenever we can control this virus and get back to a sense of normal.
If I find weeds in my yard after it was serviced, they come back and take care of it within days. That is great customer service.
