The service person we had on our last application (July 11 2017) was very efficient, professional, and personable. He took the time to discuss and explain the work done and the applications he applied. He was not our regular service person and I do not have the TruGreen service receipt in hand to see his name. But I wanted the Company to know how much we appreciated his efforts on the 11th.

I couldn't say a reason why I like the service except I don't have to look at yellow dandelions in the spring. I don't see any improvement in the color of my lawn, and the weeds don't seem to go away entirely. I got quackgrass suddenly all around my sidewalk area and, I'm told, I just have to live it. Now my "curb appeal" looks unsightly two days after the grass is cut. I don't know what to think.
When I call to report something wrong it's always corrected immediately. I love your positive response. Thanks.

I like that you give the homeowner a heads up as to when you will be performing the services.
when i have a problem trugreen always makes it right. from redoing an application to re areating and over seeding.
They are regular.But I have a few brown patches on my lawn.When I ask the person who comes to service the lawn they are unable to give me the exact reason why there are a few persistent big brown patches. I think they are not good with the product knowledge of the product/ services they provide.That is very frustrating- to spend all this money without knowing what they do, and how they can rectify the situation on the customer's lawn.
