I like the professionalism from all your company employees. Customer service is very quick to respond to my concerns and solves the issues at hand. Blaise J treated my lawn today and explained why he could not treat for the weeds growing. It was due to all this rain we are now experiencing. Hopefully, someone will be able to treat these weeds once the rain stops. Please send someone out when possible. Thanks again for taking good care of our lawn.

The technician is a "10". However, I have 2 concerns w/ TruGreen:
- my price was raised and I do not recall seeing any notification
AND
- I was using Scott's (which sold to TruGreen) and I have no idea what brand of products are being used on my lawn. I had other service providers in the past and changed to Scott's due to the reputation of the brand and would like to know. My next door neighbor also had Scott's was switched to TruGreen and has left.
Best of all the lawn looks great. Each tech has been knowledgeable and respectful.
