TruGreen keeps customers informed when services will be scheduled. My lawn is something I can be proud of now, it was a dust ball before. They make recommendations to keep your lawn healthy, I only wish they would include aeration and overseeding at no additional cost. I am very happy with TruGreen and would recommend them to anyone
I tried other services and paid the price. Almost lost my backyard due the "cheaper service" don't know how to open a gate. DUH!! Plus when I returned to trugreen I got very impressive results, compared to my neighbors yellowing lawn.
This past aeration and seeding, I was very pleased the tech didn't hurt our termite stations and took the time to extra seed bad areas around my back patio I been trying all summer to get the grass to comeback after patio paver replacement.

I give tech Richard Rosenburg high marks in his caring for my lawn.
10/20/23 I had aeration and seeding done. My tech Richard Rosenberg was very careful not to go near ORKIN'S termite station planted all-around the house. Richard even seeded bad areas around my patio which is having a hard time growing back from patio paver replacement last year. Trugreen techs care about my yard.

You did what I asked re using the same tech for all services. He (Donald Sheppard) does a good job. Treats it like his own.
There was a problem with my third treatment which wasn't his doing. He showed up with a pickup truck with a tank in the bed. Told me his truck broke down. He now has a new truck. Said he could only spot treat weeds which for all the years I've had TruGeen and Scotts before I really don't have any weeds. So really it wasn't a Treatment. I feel I should get a credit for it when and if I renew in the spring of 2024.
Next to last service, your technician called to my attention a small cluster of weeds that he could not get rid of. He recommended digging them out and planting new grass. Did it. Good results.
