I’d like to correct some misleading comments I made. I was very very disappointed about the weeds and I was frustrated. I call the office and was luck to speak with Penny. She listened and apologized about what I described as an ongoing weed problem for a couple of years. She confirmed that the tech noted that he applied weed killer. She then sent Harry out two days later. Harry was informative, respectful and compassionate about my frustration and the condition of my lawn. He assured me after he was done the application that I’d see a difference in a few days. I trust Harry and Penny because the ALWAYS follow thru. Thank you for have these two honest, competent and respectful employees. The weeds appear to be dying now and I hope the techs in the future really treat the weeds when they say they do. I received a call from Trugreen 2 days before my application on April 9, which allowed me to insure I cut my lawn before the application. The Specialist that performed my application on April 9th was Jonathan Betancourt, and my lawn looks great.
