the treatments are working......however I don't like the fact that when I changed my appointment last because I wanted to be home, the agent didn't know when they would be coming and gave me 3 different dates for the following week saying that I would get an automated call or email for when my service was scheduled for....didn't happen.

The results we have gotten from your service has been noticed by a major reduction of weeds which is why we initially began your service. The weeds are 90% gone and the turf has shown signs of thickening and looking generally much healthier. We also have the tree and shrub treatment . White fly was killing our ficus hedge but when treated has shown signs of regrowth.
Your technician, Matthew Puya, is always pleasant when he arrives and does a great job.

Rudolph was friendly, professional, and informative. Great job on our first service.
Although I've seen my TG route drivers change a bit too often for my liking, by following the recommendations I have control over (we have hired landscaper for lawn care), we have seen several trouble spots appear to be growing healthy grass again.
A second strong point is that each TG technician comes to the door to advise us he is present and will be treating the property.
My biggest pet peeve is that it appears your sales/client records are not up-to-date or the correct information is not making it to the correct department. Even though we have been working with TruGreen for over a year, several times over the past month or so we have received sales calls from TruGreen, as well as a representative who showed up at our home last week trying to sign us up as clients and specifically told us, "I had no ideas that you were already with us!" Not too mention the very BOLD sign at eye-level on our front door that says, "NO SOLICITING."

He explained to me what my problems are with the lawn.
Hope he is going to be my service specialist so that he can follow up and let me know if I am on the right track to improving the lawn.
