The great service from the Tru-Green specialist and the option to have a recall if weeds are not responding to the treatment. Our service provider Terry Thomas took the time to knock on the door and announce his arrival because he began the application. That personal touch is impressive and appreciated.

I received excellent service today by Tajae Brown. Tajae was professional and listened to my concerns then followed through and exceeded my expectations. Tajae is the best lawncare expert that has serviced my lawn since my opening my account over a year ago. Tajae represents TruGreen well since he is what I expect from a leading lawn care and maintenance company. Using Tajae as an example, TruGreen should remind all of your technicians what a true expert should be focused on when providing service. First listen to customer concerns and follow through with potential solutions. Then keep a record of the visit for future service. your professionalism
From the time I started to use TruGreen,
I had a dead spot who's had the best of me from late March to October I don't have to worry about it anymore when I walked around the community, I'll look and compare, the health of the Lawn to how Green it is, how much weeds is in it whether it is old or new weeds. Yes, I referring to Two (2) of my neighbors using TruGreen because I am very happy with their services, I'm pleased with them.

David has tried to address the issue I have with weeds and fungus. He speaks to me each time he is here and does a good job with applications. He's the best specialist I've had to my home is a long time.
Keep my grass healthy
They keep you informed of when they are coming. You can track them which is good if running errands. Don’t need to be home but I always like too. They listen and address any problems you may have. They will come back again if not satisfied.

Your service is basically fine, however, one of the technicians spilled to much fertilizer and burnt me grass. Would appreciate if some one could come back and correct that little mistake.
