Our lawn is the nicest in the whole neighborhood, very lush and green.
I’m going to tell the truth. My lawn looks great except for two problem areas. But I am cancelling my service. Why?because I. Spicifically said I want just the regular service. No exta sevices that increase my payment. Well for a few months now I have been charged my regular fee Plus additional service charges. Just last week I saw the service man and he told me he was doing my regular service and spraying the trees. I asked him if this would incur any additional,cost and he said no. I reiterated this with him that9imwant NO madditional charges. Well,I was charged $78?/ for one service and the regular $59 for monthly service. This has made it impossible for me to continue my service.
I need a couple of days to see results- usually they are good. I like to see everything mixed together- insecticide, fertilizer and fungicide with all this rain

I do realize that the government has largely banned all the effective poisons for treating weeds, so do not continue to advertise that your company can eliminate weeds.
I have had many conversations over the past 10 years with your technicians and managers.
One manager even laughed when I showed him your nicely put together 10 page color brochure showing all the different weeds that will be eliminated. He said "I don't know why they continue to publish that brochure, we can't kill most of those weeds."
But, for the fertilization side of your business, you are the best.
