The service was good but your text messages about arrival leave much to be desired. As an example on this last visit I received the following messages:
1) Wed. 3/3 at 1:02pm saying that my service is coming up on Thursday 3/4.
2) Wed. 3/3 at 4:28pm - David will be at your address today to perform your service.
3) Thurs. 3/4 12:12am - David will be at your address today to perform your service.
The next message I received was after the service was complete. The first message was accurate he did come on 3/4. The second message was not, he did not come on 3/3. Why would you send a message at midnight as you did with message 3?

The technician always does a great job of killing weeds that spread and kill the grass. Any time we have asked him to help with a specific issue he’s always helped us.
