WHAT I LIKE AND DO NOT LIKE ABOUT YOUR SERVICES:
Amy in customer service helped me reset my password today as the one that was set by Chelsie Collins, TRUGREEN CSR on 4.26.21 was not working. I wanted to work with Chelsie because after my first two years of not being able to get into my account, and many calls into CSR (not allowed to give my call to an IT person) she figured out that TWO accounts had been set up under my name. Amy said there was not a way she could find out if Chelsie was still employed. I sent Chelsie an E-mail but did not get a reply from her or an E-mail from TRU GREEN that E-mail was invalid.
No pricing documents were in my account for the New Year, 2022. Amy verbally gave me all the information as I received a notice from TRUGREEN in Nov, 2021, but again no annual pricing only a discount amount that was not based to any annual amount.
Your website needs serious maintenance as it is not useful to the customer and even the CSRs struggle to answer questions that should be available on the website.
The Technicians are great and if there is an issue with an application, TRUGREEN does come back out at no charge. Our lawn does look great, however the applications are for 10 months and several times during the year we have 6 - 8 weeks of no lawn applications, which in Florida can be devastating to a lawn that is being invaded by insects or weeds. This year I will be mindful and make sure I choose the months that are being skipped.
Updates on activities and what was done. Suggestions from your team (e.g. sharpen the mower blade, don’t cut so short…)
