I would give him a 20 if I could. In all the years I have had Tru-Green, Chris, has been the only one who actually came to the door when he arrived and when he left explaining to me what he was going to do, When he finished, he came to the door to tell me what he had done. Never have I had that before. I was actually thinking about cancelling my service because I am very unhappy with how my lawn looks. Weeds everywhere, patches of missing grass..etc. I think it looks worse now than when we started. Chris considered us a customer not a number on a block. I wouldn't mind someone coming out to see for themselves.
